I thought this was a cute idea, I will be doing them for myself so I will share them with you all each month.
The calendar box's don't have room for me to type out the none manual lessons. But that information will be in our weekly email.

Desktop Measuring
Just click on the link - use the right button on your mouse and save photo. Save it to where ever you save things (my documents is a good place) then you can set your background 2 different ways.
1. Go to where you saved the file - if you are viewing them as thumbnails (in xp) you will have the option with the right click or on the side menu panel to "Set image as Background" - Viola
2. Go to the control panel and go to display - on the Desktop Tab - click browse - locate where you saved the file and select it - Make sure the image is on "Centered" it might look odd if you have it set to something else.
